Wohoooo! Time to rejoice electronic
city folks. A budding joint is opened in EC phase 1 named My Cousins Place. The idea behind this name is to walk into a set-up
that’s provides a homely vibe just like the summer vacations one has at his/her
cousins place. They have an open kitchen
just like the ones we have at our homes with 2 chefs hustling and bustling
around in the 2x4 box trying to get the order right.
Continental food is their specialty. As
they are in the process of developing, they rejig their menu every day, which
means new dishes every day, which also means lesser options. They also try to
accommodate your off the menu request i.e if you wanted cannolini and it’s not on the menu, you could request them
and they will try to accommodate your request which seems quite generous of
them.
What I like about them?
A. They focus on customer satisfaction
B. They have the zeal to improve.
C. Very accommodating.
D. One could read novels or play scramble/monopoly while they enjoy the food.

E. They have a pick up drop facility
for free offered within EC.
D. Loved the Kisses, Jellies and parle
choco’s served in the end.
There
is nothing to dislike here as they are a newbie and need some time to get
customers and settle down. Although I would want to mention the points that
they need to improve on:
A.
Try to accommodate a swipe machine. Customers could get cranky
if you insist on cash always.
B.
Delivery time is a bit tad slow. I understand you serve fresh
food prepared hot, but not all customers would be happy to wait.
C.
No Parking place, although you do provide pick up drop facility;
but this would not run long if the number of customers increases.
D.
Please do not serve cupcakes in the name of muffins.
E.
In a period of time I would
want to see a full-fledged menu.
Pomegranate Mojito: One word - Lovely!
Spinach Cheese Rolls: Cheesy, crispy and tasty along with mayonnaise.
